Clubs supplement academics andhelp the students nurture, develpp and groom their talent.

At MMIS, various club activities are organized twice in a week .Clubs offer important life skills that a learner can use for the rest of his or her life. Participating in club activities help students improve their communication, writing, negotiating, leadership skills, teamwork and other verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

The MMITANIANS are engaged in various clubs throughout the year for an all round development.

Besides this, our students participate in a plethora of Literary, Sports and Extra- curricular Activities- debates, declamations, poem- composition, poem-recitation, slogan writing, spell bee, Quizzes and Seminars etc. throughout the year.

Festivals And Celebrations

An occasion of joy and recreation is a festival. India being the land of festivals celebrates all the occasions with great pomp and show. We believe, it is through festivals and celebrations that we express our happiness. These festivals not only strengthen the bond of love among the pupils coming from the different social backgrounds but also fade away the dividing lines  of discrimination based on colour, caste, creed, religion and language from their heart.

In order to keep the tradition of celebration and spirit of happiness alive in the hearts of the children, MMIS celebrates all the festivals with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Activities associated with the festivals are organized in the school such as Diya Making & Rangoli at the time of Diwali, Rakhi making on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in order to familiarize the students with the pious knot between brother and sister, and celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna to keep the children in touch with mythology.

All the National festivals such as Independence Day, Republic Day etc. are celebrated with great pomp and show. Celebration of significant days such as Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day, Holi, Dusshehra, Diwali & Christmas not only give the whole school a festive look but leave fond memories and important messages in the children’s heart, too.
Environmental Day celebrations make the children aware of the effects of  global warming, understand various environmental problems , thus encouraging the students to adopt eco-friendly ways and make efforts to ‘Save Mother Earth’ and make it worth living.
